Rainberry Lake Governing Board
The Lake Board is made up of members from the HOAs of the Villas, the Homes and the Pines of Delray North communities. This board deals with issues and sets Policies, Rules and Regulations related to Rainberry Lake and the boat gate at the north end of the lake. The Lake Board meets bi-monthly at the Pines of Delray North clubhouse library. Residents wishing to attend a meeting must make arrangements in advance with one of the Villas Lake Board representatives (Click Here to go to Meet the Board of Directors). Residents can participate at the end of the regular meeting.
