The Rainberry Lake Recreation Area Governing Board (Rec Board) is responsible for the Rainberry Lake entrance, guards, gates, tennis courts, basketball court, south-pool, parking lots and common grounds in the areas around these amenities.
This Board is made up of members from the Boards of both the Rainberry Villas and the Rainberry Homes HOAs.
The Rainberry Recreation (Rec) Board meets on the third Wednesday of the month (except November) at 7:00 p.m, at the front pool (near the entrance). In the interest of transparency, members (property owners) may generally attend these meetings, however, in the interest of expediency, The Board may chose to close these meetings because each HOA (The Villas and The Homes) report on the Recreation Area activities at their respective regularly scheduled meetings.
This Board is made up of members from the Boards of both the Rainberry Villas and the Rainberry Homes HOAs.
