Rainberry Villas HOA Meet the Board of Directors and Committee Members - 2025/26 Roster
Rainberry Villas are managed by the Rainberry Villas Homeowners' Association (HOA) governed by a Board of Directors. The Board members are Villas property owners, elected by the property owners to represent the community. Board meetings are generally held the third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m (except November) at the front pool (near the entrance), unless otherwise posted on the Notifications section of this website. If a minimum of five (5) Board Members (a quorum) are not available to attend a meeting, the meeting will be canceled with little or no notice. And unless the Board has important business requiring a vote, the meeting will not be rescheduled for that month.
Residents are welcome to attend the monthly Board meetings. The annual membership meeting and elections are held in the month of November. All Villas property owners are notified in advance of the annual membership meeting time and place by USPS mail. Note that residents are permitted limited participation at the end of each meeting.
The Directors of the Rainberry Villas HOA shall be elected as stipulated in Article IV Section 2 of the Bylaws of the HOA which state: "The Directors of this Assocation shall consist of nine (9) Directors, all of whom will have a term of 3 years which shall be stagger so that three (3) terms shall expire each year".
